  • Interior Designer

    Choice Designs, a full-service interior design and remodeling firm, is seeking an experienced and driven Interior Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for a designer who can confidently lead large-scale residential remodel projects, from initial concept and client consultation through execution and completion.

    This is a full-time position with a competitive compensation package and benefits. Choice Designs serves clients throughout northern Indiana, southern Michigan, and northwest Ohio. The position is based out of our Corporate Office in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage large-scale residential remodel projects from concept through completion.

    • Develop creative, functional design solutions tailored to client needs and budgets.

    • Meet directly with clients to guide selections, design decisions, and project direction.

    • Coordinate with internal teams and trade partners to ensure successful project execution.

    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and priorities.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in interior design or a related field• Minimum of 5 years of professional interior design experience, including large-scale remodels

    • Proficiency in computer-based design software

    • Demonstrated design experience through a portfolio, website, photography, references, or similar materials

    • Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills

    • Ability to multitask and manage several projects concurrently

    • Creative eye with strong attention to detail

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Compensation & Benefits

    • Starting salary: $55,000 based on experience
