With over 30 years in the industry, Carma is a nationally recognized designer known for her creativity, integrity, and breadth of experience. Her work spans residential and commercial spaces across the U.S. and the Caribbean, including high-end homes, restaurants, and healthcare facilities. Featured in publications like Gulf Shore Life and The Builder’s Journal, and in campaigns for Lauflen Tile and Grabill Cabinets, Carma brings a distinctive vision to every project. She also served on the board of Children’s Hope, reflecting her commitment to both design and community.

President

Since joining Choice Designs in 2009, Kayla has helped homeowners bring their dream spaces to life with warmth and expertise. A Purdue graduate with a degree in Interior Design and a strong foundation in home building, she blends technical skill with creative vision. Outside of work, Kayla enjoys reading, fitness, cross-stitching, and singing worship music—reflecting the care and intention she brings to everything she does.

Design Manager

Erin joined Choice Designs in 2014, bringing over a decade of experience in furniture, flooring, and cabinetry. A Purdue graduate and allied member of ASID, she designs interiors that reflect each client’s style, needs, and budget with fresh perspective and thoughtful detail. Outside of work, Erin enjoys lake days in Michigan, reading, soccer, and spending time with her husband and two daughters. Her love for evolving trends keeps her own home in constant creative motion.

Senior Designer

Stephanie has practiced residential and commercial design since 2004. Stephanie also experienced new home construction as a Selection Coordinator for Granite Ridge Builders for many years. With a background in floral design, Stephanie has more than 35 years of design experience.

Window Treatment Specialist

With over 30 years of experience, Joyce specializes in custom window treatments, designer bedding, and accessories for both residential and commercial spaces. She thrives on collaboration, working closely with clients to craft solutions that are personal, functional, and beautifully tailored. Her deep knowledge of textiles, shading systems, and soft furnishings brings comfort and character to every design.

Design Associate

With nearly 5 years of design experience, Drew brought his knowledge of tile sales, kitchen design and bath design with him to Choice Designs in 2023. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, and trying out new restaurants. His current favorite design style is modern with traditional elements.

Nathan studied design at The Art Institute in Seattle before returning to Fort Wayne in 2022. As Co-Founder of WestMan Homes, he brings years of interior design experience—from styling for brands like Zulily and Nordstrom to residential design at Ethan Allen. His creative eye and attention to detail help clients shape spaces that feel personal and inspired. Outside of work, Nathan enjoys fashion, discovering new restaurants, and hosting unforgettable gatherings.

Warehouse Manager

As Warehouse Manager, Ryan keeps operations running smoothly behind the scenes. With a sharp eye for detail and a steady hand on logistics, he ensures inventory is organized, timelines are met, and every project gets what it needs—when it needs it. Known for his reliability and problem-solving mindset, Ryan plays a key role in supporting the team and keeping things moving.

As Warehouse Specialist, Steve plays a key role in keeping materials organized, deliveries on track, and projects moving efficiently. With a hands-on approach and strong attention to detail, he supports the team by ensuring everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. His reliability and work ethic help bring each design to life with precision and care.
